1. No secrets: tokens, passwords, private keys, credential-bearing URLs, kubeconfigs, SOPS/age private material — also not in examples or history introduced by this diff.
2. No unintended sensitive exposure in docs meant for public rendering: secrets-locations, credential procedures. (Hostnames/topology follow the repo owner's explicit policy — see the change proposal.)
3. .mcp.json (if present in diff) contains no tokens or credentialed URLs; secrets only via env-reference.
